Welcome to RNB Soul Picnic Radio! This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you and RNB SOul regarding the use of RNB Soul Picnic Radio (“App”).

By installing, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

License Grant

RNB Soul Picnic Radio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal or business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
Post, share, or distribute objectionable content, including but not limited to hate speech, harassment, violence, or illegal activities.
Copy, resell, or distribute the App without our permission.

User-Generated Content & Moderation

If the App allows user-generated content (e.g., posts, comments, images):

Zero Tolerance Policy: We do not tolerate abusive, harmful, or illegal content.
Filtering Mechanism: We actively filter and moderate content to prevent abuse.
Reporting System: Users can flag inappropriate content, and we will review and take action within 24 hours.
Blocking System: Users have the ability to block others for inappropriate behavior.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

Privacy & Data Collection

We collect and store personal data per our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you consent to data collection, including account information and user activity, for security and functionality.

Account & Deletion Rights

You may create an account to access certain features.
You have the right to permanently delete your account at any time within the App.
We may terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

RNB Soul Picnic Radio is not responsible for:

Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
Content uploaded by users.
Loss of data or personal information due to technical failures.

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties.

Updates & Changes

We may update the App and this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the new terms.
